1. Services Provided

SCALPS® offers non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including but not limited to Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), density fills, and scar camouflage. All services are administered by trained and licensed professionals in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

2. Appointment Policy

Booking

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or in person. A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Appointments canceled within 5 days or failure to show will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. All services are non-refundable once rendered.

4. Results Disclaimer

Results from SMP treatments may vary based on skin type, pigment retention, and aftercare compliance. We make no guarantees regarding the longevity or final appearance of any treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to follow all pre- and post-care instructions.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment. By booking, you confirm you are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and do not have any medical conditions that would contraindicate SMP treatment.

6. Liability Waiver

By receiving services from SCALPS®, you release us from any liability related to allergic reactions, infections, or dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes when performed in accordance with industry standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of SCALPS® and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking or treatment process will not be shared or sold and is used solely for internal purposes.

9. Right to Refuse Service

SCALPS® reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is disrespectful to staff, or poses a health/safety risk.
