Alex was very through and was not the type of person who just wants to take your money if he doesn't feel a treatment may be right for you. He covered all of my options and left the decision making to me and you can tell that he is a perfectionist as he is somebody who has gone through the process of losing your hair and all of the issues that causes for an individual.
